Please note

	We are Totally Non Smoking.
	We have a dog and cats, but do NOT allow animals in the house.
	Children over 10 years old are welcome, but we do not have any single rooms.
	We do not serve evening meals but there are several good eating-places close by and we would be pleased to give some suggestions and help make bookings.

Terms & Conditions: A deposit of £10.00 per person per night (minimum £20.00) is payable at the time booking, with the balance due on departure. A booking once accepted is a legal commitment and guests may be liable for the whole amount of the booking in the event of a cancellation where it proves not possible to re-let the room. In order to cover this it is recommended that guests should consider taking out travel insurance.
